The process

How it works

Premium support in Austin, from first form to ongoing sessions. Your portal shows your hourly rate alongside session notes and charges, so the same stack that keeps our overhead lean (we use AI prudently behind the scenes) also keeps the money side easy to follow.

  1. Intake & account

    You tell us about your student through the intake form. We create your parent account and email you a secure link to set your password and open the portal.

  2. Your match

    We review your goals and availability, then assign a tutor whose fit we stand behind, with quality ahead of filling slots.

  3. Tutor outreach

    When a match is set in our system, you receive a notification. Your tutor should reach out within 48 hours to introduce themselves and schedule.

  4. Payment method

    Add a card under Billing when you're ready. We run charges on a predictable cadence through Stripe; your dashboard ties each charge to logged hours and notes.

  5. Sessions & receipts

    Tutors log sessions in the portal. You get a clean record of notes, duration, and receipts. If numbers ever need a second look, the same notification flow makes it easy to flag a session for review.
