Are tutors background checked?
Yes. Every tutor must pass a background check before working with a family.
What if the tutor is not a good fit?
Email CustomerSupport@luminescent-learning.com and let us know. We will match a new tutor within 24 hours.
How does matching work?
We read your intake (goals, subjects, schedule, and location) and assign a tutor we believe fits. If we are not the right shop for your case, we will say so instead of forcing a bad pairing.
How soon will a tutor contact us?
After we link a tutor in our system, you get a match notification. Your tutor should reach out within 48 hours to introduce themselves and schedule.
